Impossible Quality Meats

Our name kind of sums up what our whole concept is about… But if you like reading descriptions of things, we’re serving up quality meats–from us, Impossible! Short story long, we’ve been serving up delicious, nutrient-rich meat from plants since we debuted the Impossible Burger in 2016 at Momofuku. Since then, we’ve launched a bunch of exceptionally meaty and delicious offerings and expanded to hundreds of restaurants and grocery stores nationwide as a delicious and meaty way to cut back on eating animal-based meat. Now we’re spreading our wings into our very own, first-ever pop-up filled to the brim with burgers, wraps, salads, and more (but we won’t spoil anything more, check out our menu for all the meaty deets).

    I’ve been a vegetarian for 22 years and moved to Chicago from the southwest last year. I’m surprised I haven’t seen anything like this in Los Angeles. I’m happy that it’s in Chicago because we get a nice variety of comfort food 😋

    The grocery store has items that are comparable to what you’d see in a place like Whole Foods, however, it’s amazing to walk into a place knowing that I can eat literally anything being offered.

    I ordered a taco flight from El Taco Magico. It was fantastic.

    I’m stoked that this place exists! It’s a little pricy, but having a food hall with 6 vendors in it is amazing. I understand that it’s expensive to have dietary restrictions.

    Can’t wait to come back after pay day, preferably with a group of friends after having an edible to share stuff from the food hall.

Is there free parking available at XMarket Foodhall?

Absolutely! We offer free parking for all our visitors during business hours. Please be aware that parking is prohibited after 11pm.

Where can I find the parking area?

Parking is located behind XMarket. You can enter from Clarendon Ave.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, we do! XMarket Foodhall is wheelchair accessible to ensure everyone can enjoy their visit.

Can I bring my furry friend along?

In line with Chicago city ordinance, we allow service animals. However, Chicago health code prevents non-service animals in food service establishments.

Are there gluten-free options on your menu?

Yes, we’ve got you covered! We offer a range of delicious gluten-free options from each of our restaurants.

Yes, all of our food vendors offer food to-go. You can also order for pickup or delivery via UberEats

Do you have a Happy Hour, and what are the timings?

Yes, we do! Join us during our Happy Hour for special deals on drinks and snacks every day from 4-6pm.
